These terms explain how this site works, what we do not control, and what happens when you leave this site to book elsewhere. We run an independent travel guide for Sainte Chapelle in Paris. We do not operate the monument, we do not sell tickets ourselves, and we do not process bookings.
How this site works
The site gives travel information, booking guidance, and links to third-party booking pages. It is not an offer to sell a ticket, a guided visit, or any other travel service.
When you click through and book, your contract is with the booking platform or the tour operator named on that booking page. Their terms control the booking, price, cancellation rules, and service delivery.
Your consumer rights
Your rights stay with the seller you book with. Nothing on this page changes any consumer rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
Local consumer law may apply depending on where you live and where the seller is based. If there is a problem with a booking, the seller’s terms and the law that applies to that sale are the place to check first.
Accuracy and third-party information
We aim to keep our content useful and current, but third-party details can change after we publish them. Opening hours, prices, access rules, inclusions, meeting points, and availability can change without notice.
If a detail matters for your visit, check the booking page and the attraction’s own current information before you travel. If we spot an error, we correct it as soon as we can.
What we are not responsible for
We are not responsible for the operation of Sainte Chapelle, for the conduct of the booking platform, or for the way an operator delivers a visit. We also cannot control sold-out slots, queue times, service changes, closures, or entry decisions made by the attraction.
We are responsible for our own content and for taking reasonable care with what we publish. We are not trying to exclude liability where the law does not allow that.
