Editorial Policy
This page explains how Sainte Chapelle Tickets chooses, checks and updates what it publishes. It also explains what we do when facts change, where our information comes from, and the limits of our role as an independent travel guide.

Sainte Chapelle Tickets is an independent guide. We do not run Sainte-Chapelle, issue admission, process refunds, or control availability. We publish travel information and booking links so you can compare options faster.
Where our facts come from
We give priority to official monument pages, official ticketing pages, and transport authorities. For tickets and visitor conditions, the booking partner’s product data is also used. If two sources disagree, the current official monument page or ticket page wins for operational details.
- Opening hours, entry rules, access, closures and safety details come from official attraction information.
- Transport details come from public transport authorities or the attraction’s getting-there information.
- Prices, inclusions, ratings and review counts come from the booking partner’s live product data.
How we choose and order products
We list bookable options that fit the page topic and the traveller’s likely need. Order is based on relevance, clarity and usefulness, not on commission. A paid link does not move a product higher or give it a better description.
If two options look similar, we try to show the one that gives the clearest choice first. We aim to help you compare access, format and visit length without noise.
How we show prices, ratings and reviews
Prices, ratings and review counts can change after publication. We show them as starting points, not promises. Final prices can vary with date, category, availability and seller rules.
We use reviews as evidence of recent visitor experience. We do not quote them as fact, and we do not treat a single review as proof. If many recent reviews point in the same direction, we may use that pattern to explain crowding, queues or access friction.
How we handle errors
We check and refresh pages regularly, but mistakes can still happen. When we find one, we correct it as soon as we can. If a detail is time-sensitive, we may remove it rather than leave a doubtful number on the page.
If you spot an error, tell us the page title, the detail that looks wrong, and the correct version if you have it. We will review it against the best available source and update the page if needed.
What we do not control
We do not control entry decisions, security checks, timed slots, opening changes, ticket stock, guided visit staffing, or refund outcomes. Those belong to the attraction, the venue operator, or the seller handling your booking.
- If your question is about admission, visit rules or on-site access, check the attraction or your booking confirmation.
- If your question is about payment, changes or refunds, use the seller’s own terms.
- If a booking is sold through GetYourGuide, that purchase is governed by GetYourGuide’s own booking terms and policies.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That income does not buy placement, priority or a better review. It also does not change the facts we publish.
We include this disclosure because it matters for trust. You should always assume our job is to inform first, not to sell first.
Your rights and our privacy approach
We only collect personal data when you contact us or use features that require it. Your rights depend on where you live, but common privacy rights can include access, correction and deletion. If you book with a seller, their own privacy policy also applies to that booking.
This page is for transparency and does not replace the booking provider’s own terms, which govern any purchase.
